**Position: Paint Shop Supervisor**

**Location: Pune (Chakan)**

**Requisites**:

- DME/BE mechanical + 2 -3 years of experience in Paint Shop.
- Prior experience in a powder coating environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in quality inspection methods and techniques.
- Strong sense of ownership in team outcomes, promoting a culture of responsibility and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily supervision of paint shop activities.
- Manage daily operations to ensure timely completion of production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of coated parts for adhesion and finish quality.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with WorkSafe BC and company policies.
