Job Responsibilties:
Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assessment: Conduct patient assessments, document health information, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.
Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Infection Control: Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses within the healthcare facility.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team and ensure patients' concerns are addressed.
Compassion: Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
