**Job Summary**:
The MBA Sales and Marketing professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s product portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet organizational goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital and offline campaigns.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

**Qualifications and Requirements for Both Roles**:

- **Education**: MBA in Sales and Marketing
- **Experience**: 2-5 years
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools for the respective role
