**Job Description-Section Technical Coordinator**:

- Performing test within TAT as per defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- To analyze internal and external quality assurance specimen/ samples.
- Performing calibrations and running of controls as per SOP.
- To incorporate result entry of tests performed.
- To ensure daily instrument maintenance.
- To maintain records of all reports.
- Maintain proper storage of specimens/ samples as per SOP
- Observing laboratory safety precautions in handling clinical specimens and running of tests.
- Critical / abnormal findings to be escalated.
- Receive all samples in IP/HC, accession all samples & label with bar code.
- Accession all samples & label with bar code.
- Coordinating respective Lab Sections regarding sample acceptability, segregate samples as per Lab sections.
- Notify Lab sections about STAT samples.
- Answer queries from hospital regard to Lab test.
- Classify the information and ensuring appropriate controls are in place to protect the information and ensure it ongoing confidentiality and integrity, as applicable.
- Report all information security incidents immediately to the appropriate authority as per SRL’s reporting information security incident reporting procedure.
- Once patient arrives bill generated by front desk staff should be cross checked for patient name, UHID, details of specimen type, temperature required, and essential clinical information.
- Consent form for some tests must be filled by client / patient ie. Triple test, Double test, Histopathology & HIV testing.
- Indent must be sent on a monthly basis.
- Ensure from the Information systems are operated in compliance with company’s applicable standards, including information security policies and procedures.
- Local implementation of quality management system under the guidance of management representative.
- Implementation of action plan decided in MRM and periodic updating of the status to the lab & management representative.
- Timely report of result of proficiency testing and inter lab comparison program and effective implantation of corrective action for unacceptable results in the above said program and documentation.
- Implement of quality improvement programs (QIP) throughout the organization.
- Analysis of statistical data and submit the same to the management.

**Job Requirement**:

- DMLT / MLT / BSC / MSC or relevant degree as per the job role.
- 7-15 years of Lab services experience.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
