Requirements gathering and the identification and analysis of gaps between SAP Business One and the client’s current business processes
- Review of GL of SAP and to align the same with business requirements
- Data migration and report writing.
- Should be able to assist leads on discussion internal stake holder to elicit Business Requirements and translate them to System Design.
- Assess current financial policies and procedures and, from that, develop the ideal workflow to be used with the new ERP system.
- Working closely with internal and external finance and technical teams and evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting. Recommend changes based on their evaluations and input.
- Working with the ERP Vendor, identify a key group of core users who will transition fund expenditure data from the old system to the new. Ensure that data to be converted is sound before the transition and ensure that balances that move from the old system to the new agreement.
- Working with finance leads, determine how bbook keeping will be performed into the new system.
- To Train the staff about transactions, entries and work flow and to monitor the progress
- Research design problems as they arise and propose solutions
- Develop and track project requirements with the implementation teams
- Develop and track project phasing and schedule with the implementation teams and vendor
- The document, communicate and manage changes that surface during design and implementation
- Monitor and manage functional, schedule, and cost risks for the project
- Communicate, in close collaboration with the ERP Vendor, for project status at scheduled meetings and serve as a central source of project information
- Should be able to work on FICO configuration related activities and related project deliverables functional requirements, design documents with limited guidance etc.
- Should be hands on for making necessary entries during implementation phase.
- Willingness to travel for implementation and training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
