Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning graphic designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to: social media posts, website banners, brochures, posters, logos, and advertisements.
- Conceptualize and design engaging layouts, graphics, and illustrations that effectively communicate our brand message and appeal to our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional purposes, including product demonstrations, event highlights, interviews, and social media content.
- Utilize video editing software to trim footage, add special effects, transitions, graphics, and audio enhancements to create compelling videos.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design style, and messaging across all visual assets and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design, video editing, and visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent graphic design and video editing software.
- Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of photography and audio production is desirable.
- Passion for design, video production, and visual storytelling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
