Faculty Member

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Instruction**:

- Prepare and update syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and workshops.
- Utilize modern teaching techniques and tools to enhance student learning.

**Student Mentorship**:

- Provide academic and career advice to students.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and fieldwork.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the agriculture diploma curriculum.
- Integrate current industry trends and practices into the coursework.

**Community and Industry Engagement**:

- Collaborate with local agricultural organizations, farms, and businesses.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
- Contribute to the accreditation process and program reviews.
- Report to the Main Office as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. in Agriculture.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the agricultural sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with curriculum development and academic advising.
- A track record of participation in professional organizations and community activities.

**Location Preference**:
Applicants from Nandurbar, Dhule or Jalgaon are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
