**Graphic Design**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual ideas for various campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across all brand elements and materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Design layouts, including typography, imagery, colors, and composition, to create cohesive visuals.
- Prepare and present design drafts to stakeholders and adjust designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
**Video Editing**
- Plan, edit, and produce video content for social media, website, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video content needs and suggest creative ideas for storytelling.
- Trim footage segments, add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance videos.
- Ensure the final video aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
- Optimize video content for various social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and organize video assets and files, ensuring accessibility for team members.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role within a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design/editing software.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography.
- Knowledge of video production best practices, including editing techniques and social media optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 4+ years of Experience with animation, motion graphics, and 3D design is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and trends to optimize content accordingly.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
