**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor computer systems and networks for performance issues, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Operate and maintain computer hardware and software, performing routine checks and updates as necessary.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions, escalating issues to the appropriate technical support when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of system performance, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Collaborate with IT staff to implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and verify the integrity of backup data.
- Follow established protocols for data security and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Computer opeater: 2 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
