**Key Responsibilities**
As an IT Intern at EEPL Classroom, you will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure and systems. Your primary responsibilities include:
- **Technical Support**:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff and students for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
- **System and Network Administration**:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network systems, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support the setup of servers, routers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates and backups to ensure data security.
- **Software Development and Testing**:
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve existing systems and implement new features.
- **Database Management**:
- Assist in managing and maintaining databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the team in generating reports and extracting data as required.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- **IT Security and Compliance**:
- Help monitor and enforce IT security policies to safeguard systems and data.
- Assist in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security measures.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Pursuing/completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C++) is a plus.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL) and cloud services is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
