**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Produce visually appealing and engaging Reels, videos, carousels, and posts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and audio to build content that resonates with the audience.
- Write crisp captions, hooks, and storytelling formats that drive engagement.
- Shoot, edit, and publish content using mobile devices or professional tools.
- Work closely with the design and marketing team to align content with campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas weekly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio/reel link is a must).
- Strong understanding of video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.
- Good eye for design, color, and trends.
- Knowledge of reel formats, current memes, sound trends, and audience dynamics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic photography and filming skills using phone or DSLR are a plus.

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Scripting or storytelling background.
- Experience working with influencers or brands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
