**Cutting and Quality Control**:

- Precise cutting of various uniform pieces including pants, skirts, t-shirts, shalwars, kurtis, tracksuits, blazers, trousers, tunics, skirts, and dividers.
- Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of uniform production.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervising and managing a team of production staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
- Providing guidance, training, and feedback to staff members to enhance their performance
- **Fabricator Coordination**:

- Collaborating with fabricators to ensure a seamless flow of materials for uniform production.
- Addressing any issues or concerns raised by fabricators to maintain a productive working relationship.
- **Fabric Procurement**:

- Assessing fabric requirements and coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- **End-to-End Production Management**:

- Overseeing the entire uniform production process, from procurement of materials to final product readiness for delivery.
- Implementing efficient workflows and production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- **Timely Delivery**:

- Prioritizing and organizing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of uniforms to our clients.
- Monitoring and addressing any delays or bottlenecks in the production process.
- **Leave Management**:

- Communicating in advance and seeking approval for any planned leaves, ensuring smooth continuity of operations.
- Ensuring adequate coverage and support during your absence.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Providing regular updates and reports to your manager on production progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintaining clear and open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
