
Sales & Marketing Executive

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Lekha Interiors' client base.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, architects, builders, and interior designers.
4. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, and present suitable design solutions.
5. Collaborate with the design team to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to each client's requirements.
6. Coordinate with project managers and designers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
9. Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, and blog posts, to showcase Lekha Interiors' expertise and portfolio.
10. Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and campaigns.
11. Represent Lekha Interiors at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
12. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize cross-functional collaboration.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, interior design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
3. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for interior aesthetics.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
11.Driving Licence and Two Wheeler Must
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
