We are hiring for MIS executive + Accountant with min 2+ years of relevant work experience

Accountants primarily focus on financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis, while MIS executives manage and maintain an organization's information systems. Both roles contribute to a company's overall financial health and operational efficiency, but their day-to-day tasks differ significantly.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant tax regulations and filing tax returns accurately and on time.
- Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts to guide business planning and decision-making.
- Conducting internal audits and collaborating with external auditors to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- **Financial Analysis**:Analyzing financial data to identify trends, pinpoint areas of concern, and provide insights for management.
- **Cost Accounting**:Managing and analyzing costs to help control expenses and improve profitability.
- In some cases, accountants may also be involved in payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of the organization's information systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all information systems.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems
- Providing technical support to users of the organization's information systems.
- Managing projects related to the implementation or upgrade of information systems.
- Working with other departments, including accounting, finance, and operations, to ensure information systems meet their needs.
- Accountants need strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail, while MIS executives need technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex systems
