Metallurgist

Key Responsibilities:

- **Process Optimization**:Design, analyze, and optimize casting processes to improve material properties, reduce defects, and enhance overall production efficiency.
- **Material Characterization**:Conduct physical, chemical, and mechanical testing on metals and alloys to evaluate their properties and ensure compliance with specifications.
- **Failure Analysis**:Investigate and troubleshoot casting defects, analyzing the root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **New Alloy Development**:Research, develop, and implement new alloys or casting processes to meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the casting process, ensuring that castings meet specified requirements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of tests, experiments, and findings, and prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate results.
- **Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with other engineers, technicians, and production staff to address challenges and implement improvements.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve material quality.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures in the foundry environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
