WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Able to read, write and speak confidently in English. Additional regional language will be an advantage

You have proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA kitchens & bathrooms range.

You have an interest & passion in home furnishing, and kitchens & bathrooms in particular. Previous experience in designing kitchens and/or bathrooms will be an advantage.

You have a passion for working with and helping customers. You have an understanding of customer behaviours, and how to adapt your selling style to individual customers.

You have a flexible, hands-on approach to tasks & responsibilities. You are enthusiastic and able to work with others in a large team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Using your specialist knowledge to deliver highly functional, well designed kitchen & bathroom layouts for your customers. You will secure a fantastic customer shopping experience throughout all aspects of the planning process.

?Working on the shop floor, actively approaching customers who you see require help. You identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations.

? Convey passion about the IKEA kitchens & bathrooms range and actively learn about their features and benefits. You will stay up to date on all kitchen trends & styles on the market. You share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.

? Keep your area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, and ensure that the IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place at all times to give customers positive shopping experience.
