**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate instruction in Music (vocal/instrumental, theory, composition, musicology, etc.).
- Supervise student projects, recitals, and dissertations.
- Engage in innovative and interdisciplinary research with regular publications.
- Organize and participate in performances, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program enhancement.
- Contribute to departmental administration and academic planning.
- Maintain active involvement in the professional musical community.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Ph.D. in Music** (Performance, Musicology, Ethnomusicology, Music Theory, Composition, or related field) from a recognized university - **mandatory**.
- A strong academic record with evidence of scholarly research.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students at the university level.
- Demonstrated excellence in musical performance and/or research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software/tools used in music education and production is desirable.

Pay: ₹12,038.24 - ₹75,045.56 per month
