Job Description:

- Vendor Management:
→ Aid in fostering and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

→ Assist in periodic evaluations of vendor performance for quality product delivery.
- Strategic Procurement and Storage:
→ Lead discussions on the company's procurement and storage strategies.

→ Coordinate with team members to clarify specifications and storage requirements.
- Sourcing and Inventory Management:
→ Identify and onboard potential suppliers in alignment with project needs.

→ Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and storage conditions.

→ Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring the availability of essential items.

→ Implement strategies for store space optimization and efficient material handling.
- Purchase Order Execution:
→ Oversee the preparation, processing, and monitoring of purchase orders.

→ Ensure accurate deliveries and promptly address any discrepancies or delays.
- Negotiation
- Market Analysis

→ Help gather data for market trend analysis.

→ Support in identifying potential areas for cost-saving.
- Quality Assurance

→ Ensure procured items adhere to quality guidelines.

→ Work with the Quality Control department for product evaluations.
- Documentation and Record Maintenance

→ Supervise the maintenance of comprehensive records of purchasing and storage activities.

→ Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Cross-Departmental Collaborations

→ Engage proactively with departments such as finance, logistics, and operations to optimize the purchasing and storage processes.

**Qualifications**:
Years of Experience - min 2 yrs.

Educational Background: BCom, BBA, Diploma in Retail Management, Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, BSc in Mathematics/Statistics, or any relevant certifications

Professional / Technical Skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Knowledge in Tally is preferred.

Work Shift - 9am -6pm

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
