**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **machine components**, **dies**, **jigs**, and **fixtures** using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Interpret **technical drawings**, **engineering blueprints**, and **customer requirements**.
- Develop **detailed 2D drawings** and **3D models** for manufacturing and assembly.
- Collaborate with tool room, production, and mechanical engineers for design validation.
- Optimize die designs for **durability**, **ease of manufacturing**, and **cost-efficiency**.
- Revise designs based on feedback, testing, or prototyping results.
- Maintain drawing documentation, design version control, and technical reports.
- Ensure all designs comply with **ISO**, **GD&T**, or relevant industry standards.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD** (2D & 3D design).
- Experience in **die/mold/tool design** and **machine component drafting**.
- Understanding of **manufacturing processes**: CNC machining, Honing, stamping, injection molding, etc.
- Familiarity with **tolerances**, **materials**, and **engineering standards** (GD&T).
- Ability to read and interpret **mechanical drawings** and **assembly instructions**.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Tool & Die Making**, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in CAD design (especially in tool/die design or machinery components).
- Experience with additional CAD/CAM tools like **SolidWorks**, **NX**, or **Creo** is a plus.
- Background in **precision engineering**, **tool room**, or **fabrication** industries is beneficial.

**Tools & Software**
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / NX (optional, depending on company workflow)
- MS Office (basic documentation)
- CAM software (if applicable)

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
