**Position**: Content Developer

**Location**: Jaipur

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy and Creation**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan tailored to DMCs, tour operators, and travel agencies.
- Craft high-quality, engaging content across formats: blog posts, case studies, white papers, video interviews, podcasts, and social media.
- Create content that showcases real-world operational insights, success stories, and challenges faced by travel businesses.
- Design educational content (guides, tutorials, FAQs) to help clients maximize Sembark's platform.

**Community Building**
- Actively engage with our audience to foster a community of travel professionals who share experiences and solutions.
- Host and moderate live events, webinars, and panels featuring industry experts and clients.
- Identify and spotlight thought leaders within the industry to collaborate on content initiatives.

**Market Observation and Research**
- Spend time observing how tour companies operate, identifying their pain points, and highlighting their achievements.
- Monitor industry trends, news, and competitor content to ensure Sembark stays ahead of the curve.

**Collaboration and Storytelling**
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business goals.
- Interview clients and industry experts to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and external content creators to produce multimedia content.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Freshers with a strong interest in content writing are welcome to apply.
- 0-1 years of experience in content writing, including internships or freelance work, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of content creation, structure, and formatting.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free content across different platforms (blogs, articles, social media).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization is advantageous.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the content writing field.
- **Skills**
- Exceptional writing & editing skills, with a strong grasp of tone, voice, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in audio and video content production—storyboarding, scripting, and coordinating with technical teams.
- Deep understanding of travel operations, including sales, itineraries, and operational challenges.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into digestible and engaging content.
