**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures covering the NEET Biology syllabus (Botany & Zoology), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement effective lesson plans, teaching materials (including presentations, handouts, and assessments), and teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **NEET Focus**: Specialize in NEET-specific preparation, incorporating exam-oriented strategies, problem-solving techniques, and mock tests.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Design, administer, and evaluate assessments (e.g., quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock exams) to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Student Support**: Provide individual and group academic support to students, addressing their queries, doubts, and challenges. Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop effective study habits and time management skills.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and update teaching materials, including notes, problem sets, and practice questions, ensuring alignment with the NEET syllabus and current exam trends.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor student performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on student progress to the management.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with students, parents (if applicable), and colleagues.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the classroom.
- **Lab Sessions (If Applicable)**: Prepare and conduct laboratory sessions to enhance student understanding of biological concepts.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
