**Job Description**:
Gearbox Testing

Exp
- 7 to 8years

Np
- 15days to Immediate

Qualification
- Diploma In Mechanical Engineering (Blue Collar)

Experience
- 7-8 Years

Role? Proto Shop and Test Engineer (Gearbox R&D team)

Desired Skill Set
- 2) Experience in Gearbox/Transmission Testing & Validation on bench
- 3) Knowledge in Gearbox test bench Components & It?s basic functions
- 4) Basics in Gear ratio calculation, speed and torque calculation
- 5) Knowledge in Gears, Bearings, Shafts and Housings
- 6) Knowledge in Torque sensors, speed sensors & DAQ system
- 7) Good in driving Skill (For Powertrain testing)
- 8) Test bench preparation, Instrumentation & test programming before start of the test
- 9) Gearbox disassembly after validation, Parts Visual Inspection, Photo capture, test report preparation as per Standard format
- 10) Gearbox testing data analysis (speed, torque etc..) Graph plotting and Make test conclusion
- 11) Team work, Knowledge sharing, Flexible in work timing as per needs & Analysis thinking.
- 12) Gearbox Failure analysis against Gears, Bearings, Housings & Shafts
- 13) Good in Documentation and Report Preparation
