Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers involved in furniture manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and installation.
- Monitor workflows to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications to guide the team.
- Train and mentor team members on proper safety protocols, equipment use, and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, and report shortages or equipment issues to management.
- Collaborate with production managers, designers, and clients to ensure accurate execution of custom orders.
- Enforce company policies and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Maintain production logs and generate reports on output, downtime, and labor efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
