**Responsibilities**:
1. Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

2. Managing and optimizing company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

4. Planning and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with the target audience.

5. Conducting market research and analyzing customer behavior and industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

6. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and providing regular reports and insights to the management team.

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, and web developers, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.

8. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommending innovative strategies to drive better results.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

2. Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

4. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

6. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

10. Flexibility and adaptability to keep up with the evolving digital marketing landscape.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
