**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
- **Order Management**: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries. Ensure customers receive correct and timely orders.
- **Account Assistance**: Assist customers with account-related issues such as password resets, billing inquiries, or subscription changes.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to answer questions and make recommendations.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to products or services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments like sales, technical support, and shipping to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with customers after interactions to ensure issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required. Training is often provided.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and communication tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
