**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Voice Process Interns to join our Accommodation Counselling team. As a key point of contact, you will guide students through the process of finding and booking housing near their study destinations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with students via calls to understand their accommodation requirements
- Educate students about available housing options based on their preferences and budgets
- Coordinate with accommodation partners and provide real-time updates to students
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and bookings in CRM tools
- Follow up with leads and assist in closing accommodation bookings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
