Hiring Executive Assistant to CEO of an Infrastructure Firm..
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and organizing the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Conducting research and analysis on various topics as assigned by the CEO.
- Coordinating and planning corporate events, conferences, and other meetings.
- Managing confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Collaborating with other members of the administrative team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Requirements**:
- Btech/ Mtech
- Civil / MBA.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
