Job Opportunity: OET Trainer

**Location**: SCS Psychology Clinic / School of Caring Sciences, Kottiyam, Kollam, Kerala
**Employment Type**: Full-time or Part-time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **OET Trainer** to join our team and help healthcare professionals achieve their English language certification goals. This role is ideal for someone who understands the structure of the Occupational English Test (OET), enjoys teaching, and can inspire learners to succeed in a healthcare-focused language environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging OET training sessions tailored to Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Customize lesson plans based on students’ professional backgrounds (nursing, medicine, etc.).
- Provide mock tests, personalized feedback, and performance tracking.
- Teach exam strategies, time management, and language refinement techniques.
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
- Stay updated with OET exam formats and assessment criteria.
- Build students’ confidence in professional communication and test readiness.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a healthcare-related field.
- Certification in OET training or proven experience as an OET instructor.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of healthcare communication and terminology.
- Effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (preferred).

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
