HIRING FOR TENDERING EXECUTIVE

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. Diploma in Mechanical preferred.

Experience Requirements:3-5 years of experience in Tendering sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification & EvaluationMonitor tender portals, government websites, and private sector opportunities for relevant tenders.Analyze tender requirements, scope, and eligibility criteria.Assess feasibility, risks, and profitability before proceeding with bid preparation.

2. Bid Preparation & SubmissionCollect and compile necessary documentation, including technical specifications, compliance certificates, and pricing structures.Coordinate with production, finance, legal, and design teams to gather required information.Ensure tender documents are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.

3. Pricing & Cost EstimationWork closely with the finance and sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.Analyze costs, margins, and market trends to ensure optimal bid pricing.Prepare cost breakdowns and justifications for bids.

4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements in tender submissions.Maintain an up-to-date database of past tenders, pricing strategies, and bid outcomes.Handle documentation related to Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and contract agreements.

5. Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with customers, government agencies, and private clients to clarify bid requirements.Work closely with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance, legal) to align bid strategies.Negotiate contract terms and conditions with potential clients when required.

6. Post-Tender ActivitiesFollow up on submitted tenders and track progress.Address queries, modifications, or clarifications required by clients.Analyze bid results and provide insights for future tendering strategies.

Who are we looking for: Understanding of tendering procedures (government & private sectors).Knowledge of contract terms, legal aspects, and procurement regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/Tendering software.

Strong analytical and cost estimation skills.

Experience in HVAC industry preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
