**Key Competencies and Skills**:Key Requisites
- Hotel Management Diploma/House Keeping Craft course.
- Sound knowledge of House Keepers roles.
- Experience in 4/5star hotels.
- Well versed with House Keeping workflow of a hotel, Hotel HK Policies & Procedures, hygiene and sanitization processes
- Aware of IDS Operating systems.
- Well groomed, excellent spoken and written and interpersonal social skills.

**Job Role Summary**: Inclusive but not an exhaustive list of the role below since it is wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
- Cleaning: Ensuring the cleanliness of public areas, guest rooms, and the lobby
- Staffing: Hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping staff
- Task assignment: Assigning tasks to housekeeping staff
- Performance evaluations: Conducting performance reviews and evaluations of housekeeping staff
- Inventory management: Managing inventory, including raising requisitions and distributing amenities to guests and staff
- Supply ordering: Ordering cleaning products and organizing the purchase of housekeeping supplies
- Shift scheduling: Scheduling shifts for housekeeping staff
- Corrective action: Taking corrective action when needed
- Reporting: Reporting to senior hotel management
- Responding to guest requests
- Training and supervision
- Adhere to company “Lost and Found” policy and procedures.
- Develop ways to gauge customer satisfaction and provide instant, short term and long-term solutions. Undertake a proactive stance for operations regularly to identify opportunities for improving service, safety and overall performance.
- Contribute in creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Holds top notch grooming habits and demonstrates a keen interest in their well-being.

Mandatory to have a total housekeeping experience of 10-12 years, minimum 2 years or presently working as House Keeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper, preopening experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
