** Role and Responsibilities**
**-Designing visual content, including banners, social media ads, infographics, and**
**website graphics**
**-Working closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts**
**-Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent branding across all visual assets**
**-Creating and editing images, icons, and illustrations**
**-Researching to stay up-to-date with design trends and implementing new techniques to enhance the quality of visual content**
**-Ensuring designs are in line with brand guidelines and reflecting the desired brand requirements**
** Skills**
**-Proven experience in graphic design using Canva and Photoshop**
**-Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs**
**-Proficient in using graphic design software and tools**
**-Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs**
**-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment**
**-Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and justify design choices**
**-Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously**
**-Knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory**
**-Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design**
**-Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Canva and Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
