**Role Description**: - Enterprise architect is responsible for envisioning, communicating, and evolving an organization’s enterprise architecture. The enterprise architecture addresses and will play key role in enterprise aspects - including business processes and strategies, value streams, data and information, and supporting technologies - and how they fit together and are expected to evolve over time. Enterprise Architect will have the most overarching view of an organization, and vast knowledge of its business capabilities and potential. Enterprise Architect will play a key role in identifying business needs using both external factors (such as competitors) and internal factors (such as the company's IT landscape).

Enterprise Architect will strategize to manage legacy and cloud systems, replace obsolete software, and lead migrations to support business operations across each department.

**Responsibilities of an Enterprise Architect**:
1. **Develop and Maintain Enterprise Architecture (EA)**: Create, implement, and manage EA frameworks to align IT infrastructure with business goals.

2. **Ensure Compliance**: Oversee that all IT deployments (new and legacy) adhere to established EA standards and develop controls for enforcement.

3. **Architectural Leadership**: Provide leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues while ensuring alignment with EA.

4. **Business Alignment**:Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, drivers, and strategies, ensuring integration with EA initiatives.

5. **Legacy System Review & Migration**: Evaluate legacy systems and develop migration roadmaps aligned with EA standards.

6. **Communication and Publicity**: Promote awareness of EA across business and IT units, ensuring understanding and adoption.

7. **Auditing and Compliance**: Regularly audit systems to ensure adherence to EA standards.

8. **Solution Strategy Development**: Assist in formulating IT solution strategies, roadmaps, and compliance methods.

9. **State Architecture Diagrams**: Create and update current vs. future state diagrams and lifecycle roadmaps to guide IT evolution.

10. **Training and Skills Development**: Organize training programs to align employees' skills with EA and future organizational needs.

11. **Cost Optimization and Future Technology**:Recommend strategies to reduce IT costs and identify future technology needs by analyzing industry trends.

A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Masters degree in IT / related field is welcome.

The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF OR

Systems Engineering Professional certification OR

Zachman Enterprise Architect Associate Certification OR

Associate Certified Enterprise Architect (ACEA) Green Belt Program.

Experience of 6-8 years in system architecture/ enterprise architecture. Overall experience of 10-12 years.

Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.

Experience in modelling and graphic representations. Actual experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework.

Analysis and design.

Problem-solving: Ability to define which issues need to be addressed, and the variables that may affect their resolution. Plus the ability to come up with solutions that effectively address business and IT issues through technical analysis, troubleshooting, research, evaluation, and communication.

Consensus building: Discussing with stakeholders and getting agreement on the problem and solution. This requires both strong verbal and written communication skills to settle conflicts.

Solution realization: Turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment.

Solution management: Ability to manage the solution through its lifecycle.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills are needed to empower employees and IT teams to remain on task and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
