**Your IMPACT Areas**
- Collaborate with clients and the events team to understand their vision for the presentation design projects and translate it into actionable tasks for the design team.
- Coordinate with in-house and freelance designers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the quality standards set by the clients.
- Manage the project schedule, including milestones and deadlines, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to the design team to ensure that they are meeting the expectations of the clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with other departments such as leadership, marketing teams, and different customer and agency teams to ensure that all design projects align with the overall event strategy.
- Act as a liaison between the design team and the clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular meetings with the design team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that any issues or roadblocks are addressed promptly.
- Provide support for events logistics as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and tools in presentation design and production to ensure that the team is using the most effective tools and methods available.

**Success MARKERS**
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in the design or marketing industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work.
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to provide support for creative research, visualization, and concept development.
- Ability to work closely with leadership, marketing teams, and different customer and agency teams, and to be swift, prompt, adaptive to newer technologies, street-smart in finding solutions, and extremely fast going as an individual.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
