**Role Summary**

As a Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into visually captivating, high-performing content across platforms. You’ll craft engaging edits for podcasts, product videos, Reels/Shorts, explainer videos, and social content, ensuring brand consistency and strong storytelling that connects with our tech-savvy audience.

You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver cinematic yet efficient edits that drive engagement and brand authority for our various verticals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and assemble footage for podcasts (multi-cam), product demos, explainer videos, and Reels/Shorts.
- Create smooth transitions, dynamic pacing, clean color grades, captions, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Edit for clarity, flow, and engagement, optimizing each piece for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, reviews) into short-form clips, teasers, and highlights.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to refine storytelling and tone.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and proper backups of all assets.
- Use AI-based tools to accelerate post-production, tagging, and content versioning.
- Stay updated with trends in YouTube/Instagram Shorts, B2B video storytelling, and editing styles.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, are error-free, and optimized for platform specs.

**Performance Metrics (KPIs)**
- Number of video assets delivered per week/month.
- On-time delivery rate (≥95% within agreed SLAs).
- Improvement in average view duration, retention, and engagement.
- Thumbnail CTR and social engagement growth.
- Quality consistency and positive internal team feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital-first video editing; portfolio/reel required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience editing multi-camera content and product-focused videos.
- Understanding of motion graphics, captioning, sound design, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with editing for tech/B2B brands (servers, laptops, IT hardware preferred).
- Experience optimizing video content for social and professional platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly, handle feedback loops, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of AI-based editing solutions (RunwayML, Descript, CapCut, Firefly) is a plus.

**AI Proficiency & Tools**
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered post-production (auto-captioning, background removal, upscaling).
- Ability to use AI tools for rapid variant creation, tagging, and motion templates.
- Familiar with Frame.io, Google Drive, and collaborative review workflows.
- Capable of documenting and optimizing AI-driven editing workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
