**About Us**:
We are an international UAE-based company specializing in two main divisions: Marine and Fire & Safety. Our Kunnamkulam office serves as the back office and support center for our UAE operations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Accounts Intern** to join our team for a 6-month internship. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounts management while working in a dynamic and international business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, payments, and outstanding invoices in the company’s accounting systems or spreadsheets.
- **Customer Account Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling customer accounts to ensure accurate payment records and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Collections Support**: Track overdue accounts, send reminders to customers, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- **Customer Communication**: Address customer inquiries related to billing issues, payment status, and other account-related concerns.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing regular reports, including aging reports and cash flow summaries, highlighting payment trends.
- **Credit Management Support**: Help evaluate customer creditworthiness and support the management of credit limits and terms.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties, such as organizing payment records, filing documents, and supporting senior accounts receivable staff as needed.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A graduate or student pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
