Department: PE or PET

**Duties**:
1. Checking the gauge variation of every plastic film (PET) roll manufactured on the machine.

2. Checking the transparency of every plastic film (PET) roll manufactured in the machine.

3. Checking the surface smoothness, edge-build up, colour tone, quality of winding and other factors for each roll produced on the machine.

4. Online-Quality Control on the machine

5. 12 hour duty on the shop floor

6. Inform machinery operator about quality issues so that they can be fixed immediately

7. Record quality report in the roll book for each roll manufactured on the machine.

8. Check the strength of the sheet produced.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensuring zero rejected from the customers

2. Allowing only best quality rolls to pass through

Authorities:
1. To stop the rolls from going to the customer

2. To promote a quality-conscious behaviour in the factory.

Reports to: Chief Quality Controller

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
