As a **Domain Architect**, you will be responsible for designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions that integrate on-premises and cloud-based systems. We will count on you to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and technical requirements. Along the way, you will get to:

- **Design and Implementation**: You will be responsible for designing cloud and on-premise architecture solutions that integrate DevOps and SRE principles into the existing infrastructure. This includes designing scalable and resilient systems, implementing monitoring and alerting mechanisms, and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance in the hybrid environment.
- ** Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and leadership to technical teams, ensuring best practices in hybrid tech-stacks like Azure Stack HCI, VMware, Nutanix, NSX-T, Enterprise scale landing Zone on Cloud, AVS etc
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- ** Driving Continuous Improvement and Optimization**: As a Principal Architect, you will drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts within the hybrid domain. This involves capacity planning, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing changes to optimize cloud performance, reliability, and efficiency. Automation and self-healing mechanisms are often employed to enhance system resilience and reduce manual intervention.

**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in cloud Architect solutions and consulting, with a strong focus on Azure, VMware, and AWS etc.,
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in backup tools and disaster recovery planning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AZ-500, AZ-700, VMware Certified Design Expert, etc.,) are highly desirable
