- 12 + years experience mobile development with knowledge of mobile development platforms and mobile ecosystem.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience as mobile architect.
- Deep knowledge of iOS, Android and ReactNative.
- Very good understanding of working REST APIs and REST standards.
- Basic knowledge of backend servers and modern cloud environments.
- Excellent debugging skill with hands on experience of working with different development tools, debugging and analytics tools, developer portals and store release.
- Experience of Flutter is a plus.
- Ability to foresee challenges and risk at early stage and layout solution and mitigation plan.
- Proven ability of establishing strong quality standards, best practices, review and improvement process.
- Adept at communicating & presenting solutions to the different internal and external stakeholders.
- Versatile team player and a leader with excellent inter personal skill.
- A self motivated person with learning attitudes and quick learning ability.
- Strong Analytics and Problem Solving skills, Street Smartness with CAN DO attitude.
- Excellent research and evaluation ability.
- Flexible and adapt in fast-paced dynamic environment with good context switching ability.
