
Front Desk Executive

The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, greeting guests, and handling incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company security and confidentiality policies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
