ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to Next.js and the App Router architecture.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to define scalable UI/UX and performance strategies.
- Establish and enforce frontend engineering standards, reusable component patterns, and architectural guidelines.- Design and implement code-splitting, caching, and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) strategies.
- Evaluate and integrate frontend tooling such as TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Formik/React Hook Form, and Material UI.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), and deployment automation for frontend.
- Mentor frontend engineers and conduct code/design reviews.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with 5+ years in React.js and minimum 3+ years in Next.js.
- Deep understanding of Next.js features including SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router, Middleware, and Server Components.
- Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and code-splitting strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js version 13 or above.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ practices.
- Experience with UI libraries/frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with accessibility (WCAG), SEO optimization, and analytics integrations.
- Experience leading architecture discussions, defining standards, and guiding technical strategy.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools ( Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.) for frontend workflows.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Sentry, New Relic).
