Role Overview:
As a Junior BDE, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business development efforts. You'll learn and develop essential skills in lead generation, client interaction, and sales support, working closely with our experienced team to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Commerce, or a related field.

○ MBA is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience:
○ Fresher or up to [0-1 year] of internship/part-time experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.

○ Eagerness to learn and grow within the business development field.
- Skills & Competencies:
○ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

○ Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.

○ Interest in technology and the IT industry.

○ Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.

○ Self-motivated and proactive.

○ Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Advantageous (Not Required but a Plus):
○ Knowledge of cloud computing, software development, or other IT-related services.

○ Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

○ Knowledge or experience using platforms like Upwork and other similar platforms will be considered as an advantage.
