TSIM is seeking a **performance-focused freelance video creator** to manage and grow our social media presence—especially on **Instagram and YouTube**—by producing engaging, results-driven video content that increases **app registrations and sales for our eSIM product, InstaSIM**.

If you’re passionate about creating content that doesn’t just look good but also **drives real conversions**, we want to work with you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create regular and engaging **Instagram Reels** to promote InstaSIM
- Produce high-converting **video ads for YouTube and other platforms**:

- Develop and test creative content strategies focused on **sales and app installs**:

- Monitor video performance metrics (views, clicks, conversions) and **optimize content**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio of **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or video ads**:

- Experience in **performance marketing** or content that converts viewers to users/customers
- Proficient in video editing tools like **CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut**:

- Self-driven and capable of managing time and deadlines independently
- Up to date with current social media trends and platform best practices

**Preferred**
- Experience working with **apps, SaaS, or travel-tech products**:

- Basic understanding of **international roaming, travel SIMs, or telecom marketing**
