**Overview**
We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and designs that meet project specifications and client needs. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring concepts to life through innovative design solutions. This position offers the flexibility of freelance work while allowing you to showcase your skills in a variety of projects.

**Duties**
- Develop detailed 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create accurate schematics and drafting for construction projects.
- Utilize software tools such as SketchUp, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks to produce designs.
- Implement mechanical design principles in your projects.
- Prepare presentations and visualizations for clients using 2D animation techniques as needed.
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and construction processes.
- Experience in creating detailed schematics and drafting documentation.
- Ability to produce high-quality 3D models and renderings.
- Familiarity with NavisWorks for project coordination is a plus.
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
