Job Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers visiting the store, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
- Product Presentation: Effectively describe products, their features, and benefits to customers to create interest and convert inquiries into sales.
- Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the purchasing process and convert leads into successful sales.
- WhatsApp Communication: Share updates on new arrivals and promotional offers with customers via WhatsApp, encouraging repeat business.
- Customer Engagement: Actively invite and encourage customers to visit the store, enhancing foot traffic.
- Stock Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest collections, product specifications, and pricing to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.
- Market Awareness: Understand customer preferences and provide valuable feedback to improve inventory and customer satisfaction.
- Payment Handling: Assist customers with billing and ensure smooth payment transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, especially in wholesale or retail, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and other communication tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
