**Junior Sales Executive: [Freshers Only]**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with prospects and industry professionals on social media platforms to create brand awareness and foster relationships.
- Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products to provide expert opinions and insights, thereby assisting prospects through the decision-making process.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos, ensuring a smooth transition of prospects through the sales funnel.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, contributing to the overall sales targets of the team.
- Tools and Technology: Leverage CRM tools to track interactions and progress with prospects. Utilize lead generation software to efficiently find and engage with potential clients.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions to help refine messaging and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Apollo.io) and lead generation software.
- Ability to learn and articulate complex product information to a diverse audience.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
