**Job description**

**About the role**

**What will you do?**
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require education loan for studying abroad.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and
- prospecting.
- Receive phone calls from students, answering their questions regarding their loan queries and repayment options.
- Analysing the financial status of a borrower.
- Monitor and analyse the steady pipeline to review performance & optimise accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
- Create lead engagement plans and strategy.
- Research the details pertaining to each offering and add onto it on a timely basis.

**What will you need ?**
- Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management.
- 0-3 years of experience ideally in the field of business development / sales.
- The responsibility can vary from pitching loan products to working on loan operations in different geographies and primarily driving business.
- Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues.
- An inherent ability to position, market and sell an idea or product will be a crucial skill set.
