A Sous Chef - Continental is responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, preparing Continental cuisine dishes, and ensuring high-quality standards and presentation, while also supporting the Executive Chef in various tasks like menu planning and recipe development. Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervising and Coordinating**:Overseeing the preparation of Continental dishes, ensuring they meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
- **Assisting with Operations**:Helping with daily kitchen operations, including preparing food according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and managing inventory.
- **Supporting the Executive Chef**:Providing assistance in menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining food quality standards.
- **Leading the Team**:Training and developing staff, guiding them on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Managing Inventory and Supplies**:Estimating daily production needs, communicating those needs to kitchen staff, and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- **Ensuring Quality**:Monitoring food quality, taste, and presentation, and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.
- **Taking Initiative**:Developing new menu items, researching popular dishes, and introducing innovative cooking techniques to enhance customer experience.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:Ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, complying with food safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
