**Job Title**: Medical Field Coordinator

**Reporting To**: Doctor

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Medical Field Coordinator** to assist the doctor in managing hospital visits, external coordination, and patient engagement activities. The role involves regular fieldwork, relationship-building with hospitals and clinics, and support in promotional initiatives to increase the clinic’s visibility and reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare center’s to build and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the doctor.
- Coordinate patient referrals, appointments, and follow-ups as per the doctor’s instructions.
- Assist in planning and executing medical camps, seminars, and healthcare marketing initiatives.
- Manage field visits and external engagements to promote the clinic's services.
- Distribute brochures, reports, and promotional materials to key healthcare contacts.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and local market trends in the medical field.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on field visits, patient interactions, and other activities.
- Uphold a professional image of the doctor and clinic while representing them in the medical community.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (Science/Healthcare background preferred)
- 1 year of experience in field coordination, hospital marketing, or healthcare operations preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply
- Comfortable with regular field visits and local travel
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of medical/healthcare systems is an advantage
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
