**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs of members and guests efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about gym services and membership options.
- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions and maintain accurate records.
- Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and report generation.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
