**Job description**
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Assists the Registrar with the overall management of the Office of the Registrar and Assists the Registrar with day-to-day operation of the office.
- Plans and implements audit processes for Departments to ensure the integrity and validity of the student record system data
- Ensures the proper collection, maintenance and communication of student academic performance data
- Provides functional support to university Academic Services staff for promotions, branding and processes related to admission and registration.
- Ensures an accurate and detailed record of System policies and procedures is available, and develops procedures to improve relevant operations
- Contributes to the development of goals and objectives for the successful operation of the Office of the Registry
- Travels to other institutions to attend meetings, workshops and conferences as required
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Superiors.
- Provides and communicates information from the Registrars’ Office to appropriate individuals and groups as required/ requested.
**KEY SKILLS**:
- At least 5 years of management experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: Admissions, Student Registration, Student Records, Graduation, or Institutional Research
- A high level of proficiency in the use and management of student record information systems; preference will be given to those who have worked with the Banner Student Record System
- Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
- A high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Minimum 5 Years of experience working in University is required.
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification should be PhD/Doctorate.
- Fluency in English and Regional Language both written and spoken. Good communication skills in both languages.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet).
- Some administrative experience and experience in working with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED/PREFERRED**:
- Skilled in serving clients and giving information, communicative, collaborative, precise, energetic and efficient, capable of working under pressure, capable of using discretion when dealing with confidential materials.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Barni Hat, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
